We believe the word of God comes first in our lives. We are leaders in our home, family, jobs, ministries and etc. We dare not take pride in our leadership but keeping our self-humble before God and hearing his voice of correction and that of our spiritual leader that God has given unto us to help us in our walk of leadership. We believe that everyone is called to lead. We believe in the calling of God and that everyone has a call on their life. We believe that God speaks and calls for everyone to have a spiritual leader to help guide and give counsel to when times of hardship passes along. Leadership is not giving up when it gets hard but standing on the word of God no matter what.
